Power Pages capacity consumption reports help administrators monitor authenticated sign-ins, anonymous visits, and legacy portal usage across all environments. These reports provide critical insights for licensing, budgeting, and capacity planning.
Reports are available for the last 30 days and can be downloaded directly from the Power Platform Admin Center.
Download Capacity Consumption Reports
- Go to Power Platform Admin Center.
- Select Resources.
- Go to Capacity.
- Select Add-ons.
- Click Download Reports.
- Click New and select report type.
- Choose:
- Power Pages Authenticated
- Power Pages Anonymous
- Portal Logins (Legacy)
- Portal Page Views (Legacy)
- Click Submit.
- Go to Download tab when processing completes.
- Select Open to view the report.
