Introduction Proper Work Order Experience In Field Service Dynamics356

The new interface in field service makes it easier to generate, manage, and schedule work orders.

In this new interface of field service, can be give customers timely updates

Make sure frontline workers has the information they need for on site service, and simply track high priority  work with less time and effort spent understanding the work orders.

STEP:1

Since hear modification directly to the list, quickly access and the new side pane to have work order details.

Select the “Show as button”. Next click on the ribbon bar and select ‘work order list.

In this image 2 we see the work order list(New).

STEP:2

Next work order view, you can update the status and priority real-time.

Since you can see in image 2 the color-coded values in option set type field and edit the inline if needed.

In this side pane simplified the Work order. Scheduling or operations, updating instructions, last checking statuses.

Hear this list over a work order and click this side pane icon navigate to the side pane.

The work order is navigated to the side pane at top of the right side .

STEP:4

There are 2 types of new forms:

  1. Work Order Light
  2. Work order

You can click the side pane button, the Work order navigate in a new work order form. This form is a Work Order Light form.

 A form is opened in a side pane 2 tabs will display General and Booking.

General tab will display Details, Financial, Contacts, Location, and assets.

Next booking tab will display the information regarding the booking.

If a Work order is unscheduled booking tab will display requirements with the Find Availability button. On click of it, it will redirect you to the Schedule board page.

STEP:5

After Work order is scheduled booking tab will display Booking ,summary details and Resource details, date and time of booking, and duration of booking.

Once Work order is completed, the booking tab will display a summary.

STEP:6

Next you open a work order, it opens in a new order form. This form is ‘Work order.

General tab, will be display all details of the work order, Booking status, Assets, Financial, Contacts, and Location.

In this product and services tab contains information on Products and Services that are associated with the work order.

Next add Products and Services click on the Add Product or Add Service button.

In this Overview of the number of tasks in the work order. Then number of tasks have been finished, and the estimated and actual time of the work is displayed on the Tasks tab.

The main source of information about either what work has been completed or how to do it is the Reference tab.

The timeline tab contains the log of the activities that are associated with the work order.

The related tab will display tables that have a relationship with the work order.
